Seat counts are caregivers — every plan also includes a free owner login and 2 coordinator seats. All plans include HIPAA-compliant storage, EVV, geofencing, medications, payroll, mileage, and the mobile app.
Pricing questions
How much does CareGeo cost?
Starter is $99 a month for up to 10 caregivers, Growth $199 for up to 50, and Pro $299 for up to 150. Larger agencies get custom Enterprise pricing. You pay per agency, not per caregiver.
Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. GPS clock-in and EVV records, scheduling, medications (eMAR), mileage, care plans, the family portal, state compliance forms, payroll and invoicing are on every plan. Plans differ only in how many caregivers they include and the level of support.
Do office staff count as caregivers?
No. Every plan includes a free owner login and 2 coordinator seats on top of the caregiver count. Only caregivers, and any office logins beyond those three, count against the plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 1-month free trial with every feature unlocked. No credit card is needed to start, and you can cancel anytime.
Is the caregiver app extra?
No. The CareGeo mobile app for iPhone and Android is free for every caregiver on every plan.
Is a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement included?
Yes. A signed BAA is included on every plan at no extra cost. Data is hosted on Google Cloud and encrypted at rest and in transit.
